Terms of Service

The service

ClipStackr is a subscription web application that helps creators generate, approve, and schedule social media posts to platforms including Instagram and X. By accessing or using ClipStackr, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscription and billing

ClipStackr is billed at $29 per month, processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds.

Bring your own keys (BYOK)

ClipStackr uses your own Canva API key to generate visuals. You are responsible for the cost and usage limits of your Canva account. We never share keys between users or use a pooled key.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create with ClipStackr, including drafts, brand voice profiles, and uploaded media. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf, including publishing posts you authorize.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipStackr to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or violates the rights of others.
• Spam, mass-message, or otherwise abuse social platforms.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Bypass platform-imposed rate limits or content policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the ClipStackr service.

Third-party platforms

When you connect Instagram, X, Canva, or any other third-party service, you remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies. ClipStackr is not responsible for actions those platforms take on your account, including content removal or account suspension.

AI-generated content

Copy and visuals generated by AI may contain inaccuracies or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing every post before approving it for publication.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

ClipStackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ClipStackr evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
